What each role involves
Senior AI EngineerEngineering · Remote / Dhaka · Full-time
Responsibilities
- • Design and build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, hybrid retrieval, reranking
- • Build evaluation harnesses and defend quality claims with numbers
- • Work directly with client engineering teams through delivery and handover
- • Own systems through production incidents and iteration
Requirements
- • 4+ years building production software, with meaningful Python or TypeScript depth
- • Hands-on experience with LLM applications beyond prototypes
- • Solid grasp of information retrieval fundamentals
- • Comfortable owning a system end to end, including when it breaks
Nice to have
- • Experience with pgvector, Elasticsearch or similar
- • LangChain / LangGraph in production
- • Published writing or open-source work
